Jude communicated sooo well with me regarding shipping times and EXCEEDED my expectations. The card was a big hit, and it not only got here on time, but super early. As we know, this may not always be the case (to no fault of the seller), however I told Jude I was okay if it didn’t come in time. My order was shipped immediately after it was placed and Jude ensured me Top Hat and Monocle would do all they could to get it to me on time. What a wonderful experience I had - I will be ordering for future events!!
